Shortly after getting his BFA in sculpture in Ohio, Derek of DMD Metal passed up grad school and moved to frisky Frisco. After working some graveyard shifts in a monkey suit and paying some dues, he was able to pursue his interests in jewelry. After gaining some experience in jewelry manufacturing he moved on to his current occupation as a bench jeweler and we couldn't be happier about it.
