1 Asrai Garden Says Farewell After 25 Years!
1.1 Thank You!

It is with sad but full and grateful hearts that we announce the closing of Asrai Garden. What started as a small dream 25 years ago grew into the most beautiful community. We are so grateful to each and every one of you for allowing us into your lives, your homes, your love and your experiences. Thank you for all the joy, the love, the fun and the parties. Thank you for showing up for us as we pushed boundaries and changed the landscape of what retail and more specifically what retail florists could look like unbound from assumptions and self-imposed parameters. Most of all, thank you for getting weird with us since 1999!

2.1 What are your store hours?

2.2 How do I order a custom bouquet?

Right now, we have two different options for placing floral orders.


1) To place a flower order online for a small, medium or large bouquet, please click here. You can choose to have the bouquet delivered or you can pick it up at the Wicker Park shop.


2) If you’d like to discuss options with one of our designers or place an order for pickup below the $100 price point, feel free to stop by or call us at the Wicker Park shop Wednesday - Saturday 11am-6pm & Sunday 11am-5pm. We can schedule the bouquet for a later date or put it together for you on the spot.

2.3 Do you have a floral delivery minimum?

Yes, to be eligible for floral delivery the minimum bouquet cost is $100. We believe that this size bouquet is a great representation of our floral work. We are happy to work with any budget at all for in-store pickups. We appreciate your support!

2.4 If I see something online, does that mean I can see it in the store?

Our online offerings are not all available at our Wicker Park shop. If you’re interested in seeing a specific piece, please call the shop or email [email protected] and we can let you know if we have it in stock.

2.5 Is all of your inventory online?

No! Though we do our best to provide a comparable shopping experience to our in-store selection, there are plenty of items in our shop that have not yet been added online. Come visit us!

2.6 I’m looking for a special piece of jewelry but I don’t know where to start!

This is our favorite part of the job! Please shoot us a message at [email protected], and we'll be happy to help guide you through our fine jewelry collection. If you're local, feel free to come on in during shop hours and our amazing staff will help you out -- no appointment necessary!

2.7 What does special order mean?

Most of our jewelry is custom created for you! This means that you can select a range of choices per item, such as size and color gold. Once you place your special order, our staff will initiate the process of having your piece created for you. This is why it takes anywhere from 5 to 10 weeks, depending on the designer! Keep in mind that different pieces have their own selection options. Special order items are always final sale.

We typically have one version of each ring in the shop at a time as a sample. If you’d like to purchase our sample, that’s no problem at all! But if you need an alternate size or color of gold, we will need to place a special order for you. Our typical sample size is 6.5, but sometimes our sample sizes range.

2.8 Do you sell plants too?

We sell indoor plants! Because they are alive and constantly rotating, our selection is not available to browse online. Call the shop to learn more about our current selection of live plants.

3 Online Orders
3.1 How does “in-store pickup” work?

At checkout, you can select "in-store pickup" as the shipping option for your online order. This option is available for all products. Orders will be ready for pickup at our Wicker Park shop during normal shop hours.

3.2 If I place an order online and select in-store pickup, when will it be ready to pick up in the shop?

Your items will be ready to pick up on Thursday or Saturday following your purchase, depending on the day of the week it was placed (i.e., orders placed on Friday will be ready on Saturday, and orders placed on Monday will be ready Thursday). Your order will be held for you to pick up during open business hours. We cannot accommodate same day pick ups at this time. Please note, this pick-up structure does not apply to special order items, because they require 6-8 weeks for fulfillment.

3.3 What if a product I am interested in is out of stock?

Contact us directly, and we’ll email you as soon as your item is restocked.

4 Returns & Exchanges
4.1 What is your return policy?

On March 1, Asrai Garden announced that we are closing. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

5 Shipping & Delivery
5.1 I want flowers, but I live out of state. Can you ship?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship flowers via any mail carriers, as they are perishable and we cannot guarantee their condition upon arrival.

We do, however, offer Asrai Garden Forever Bouquets that are dried and will bring the ambiance of Asrai to you, no matter where you are.

If you live close by in Chicago, we do offer both in-store pickup or Local Delivery for flowers. Refer to this map for our $18 local delivery zone.

5.2 Do you offer international shipping?

International shipping requires a bit more care than domestic. Please contact us for personal assistance with international shipping.

5.3 What are your international shipping rates?

Shipping rates are variable by both destination and date of shipment. We are unable to provide shipment estimates prior to arranging a specific shipment. If you are interested in shipping internationally, please contact us to arrange your order. You will be able to accept or decline the rate once we have established the specifics of your order.

5.4 What does local delivery mean and what does it cost?

If you live in Chicago, you can utilize our delivery service as opposed to a traditional mail carrier such as UPS. The cost is $18 per order and is available in the following zone.

  • We offer deliveries Wednesday through Sunday between the hours of 11am–5pm.
  • Someone must be home to accept the delivery unless you provide specific instructions stating otherwise. Please note that we cannot leave flower deliveries under any circumstance. 
5.5 How quickly will my order arrive?

Orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days of your order date in addition to the estimated ship time from UPS. 

5.6 What if I chose UPS Next Day Air, will my order arrive tomorrow?

Next Day Air refers to the speed of shipping, but not the speed of order processing. We try to package and ship our orders as quickly as possible, but it can take up to 7 business days for processing. Please be advised that selecting Next Day Air does not ensure an order will arrive the following day. If you have a specific date you’d like to receive your order, please reach out to us and we will see what we can do to assist! 

5.7 Do you deliver flowers?

We offer local floral delivery five days a week, Wednesday through Sunday, for an $18 fee. The recipient's address must fall within our delivery zone. We cannot deliver on any other days.

  • The recipient will be contacted prior to delivery to confirm availability.
  • We deliver between 11am and 5pm. We cannot guarantee a specific time window in that range.
  • Someone must be home and available to accept the bouquet, we cannot leave bouquets out in the elements.
