Temporary Procedures & Policies during COVID-19

Thank you all for your patience during these extraordinary times. Asrai Garden is proceeding with local delivery and curbside pickup at our Wicker Park shop. We are happy to introduce a new in-store shopping policy with a 2-customer capacity at the Wicker Park shop only!

As the health of our staff and customers is of the utmost importance to us, all members of our staff will be wearing masks during all parts of your order process, from packing to delivery. To maintain the health and safety of our customers in store, staff will be wearing masks and hand sanitizer will be available to all staff and customers. All jewelry will be cleaned and sanitized before and after any customer tries it on, and all testers for candles, incense, and perfume have been removed from the floor. If you’d like to smell something, ask a staff member. If possible, we will handle the product so you can sample at a distance.

Shopping at our Wicker Park 1935 W North Ave Location

Thursday–Saturday from 11am–6pm & Sunday 11am–5pm 

  • Our space is very small, so we're enacting a 2 customer maximum capacity to help maintain social distancing.
  • All customers must wear a mask to enter the shop.
  • If there are already 4 customers in the shop, please wait outside and maintain social distancing.

Shopping at our West Loop 309 N Morgan St Location

Friday–Sunday  from 11am–5pm

  • We're enacting a 6 customer maximum capacity to help maintain social distancing.
  • All customers must wear a mask to enter the shop.
  • If there are already 6 customers in the shop, please wait outside and maintain social distancing.

 

Curbside Pickup at our Wicker Park 1935 W North Ave Location

Thursday & Saturday from 11am–5pm

Please note—we are only accepting pickups for previously paid online orders with In Store Pickup selected, as we are not capable of processing or fulfilling any new orders during these pickup hours. 

  • Select In Store Pickup option at checkout. It’s always free! 
  • In the checkout notes, indicate the preferred day you’d like to swing by. Please note that we are not able to accept requests for same-day pickups.  
  • We will confirm your date and time is available by email. Please note that your order is not confirmed until you receive this confirmation email from us.  We are unable to honor requests outside of the above curbside pickup schedule.
  • All in-store pickup customers are required to arrive at their pre-arranged pickup day with their protective face mask on and photo ID ready.
  • In the event that someone misses their pickup window, we will reschedule with a later date and time.

If you are walking or biking to Asrai Garden 

  • Our main door on North Ave will be open. 
  • Please call the shop upon your arrival at #773-782-0680. We'll bring your order out to you! 
  • Please have your protective face mask on and your photo ID ready. 
  • If multiple people are waiting, please line up 6 feet apart from other customers and provide your name to the staff member at your turn.

If you are driving to Asrai Garden

  • Please pull up in the loading zone on North Ave and stay inside your vehicle. We’ll come to you! 
  • When you’re in the loading zone, call our shop at #773-782-0680 and give our staff your name and the make, model and color of your car. Please have your protective face mask on and your photo ID ready.

 

Local Delivery

Thursday & Saturday from 12–5pm  

  • This map details the local delivery zone we service. 
  • Select the Local Delivery option at checkout to apply the $10 flat fee.
  • If you would like to request a specific Thursday or Saturday for your delivery, please note that at checkout. If a preferred day is not indicated, your order will be delivered the next available delivery day. Please note that we are not able to accept requests for specific delivery times or same-day deliveries. 
  • You will receive an email to confirm your delivery day once your order has been processed. Please respond to this email, as we cannot send out any orders without your confirmation.
  • If you are sending your order to someone else, we will need their contact information to coordinate delivery. Please provide their number in the notes at checkout.
  • Delivery drivers will be wearing a mask for your safety.
